Today that’s 678 followers across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

My name is Marianny de Jesús. I’m from Guárico, Venezuela, and today I live in Dresden, Germany. I’m a migrant, a mom, and a woman in process.
I write and record short reflections on what you learn when life falls apart: healing without becoming what broke you, letting go without abandoning yourself, leading without stepping on anyone, and setting boundaries to protect your peace.
I do it with faith — and with questions. There was a time when part of me believed and another part needed to understand. That honesty is still in everything I share.
My traumas are not my fault. But my healing is my responsibility.

They were born in my own process. Now I share them with you.
I share short reflections on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The videos are in Spanish — here’s what each one is about.
Beyond social media, I share in person: talks and workshops where the conversation about identity, faith and purpose happens face to face.
Like “¿Quién soy?” (Who am I?), a workshop about seeing ourselves beyond the roles we play every day.
Churches, women’s groups, migrant communities… My talks are in Spanish. Tell me who the gathering is for and we’ll find a way to make it happen.
Every number is someone who chose to stay — to read, to watch, to reply.
